By engaging with Aura Trap and accessing our digital properties, you agree to comply with our standard operating procedures and terms outlined below.

Intellectual Property

All source code, designs, 3D assets, and architectures created by our engineers remain the exclusive intellectual property of Aura Trap until full payment and final project handover is complete, at which point rights are transferred per the specific contract terms.

Project Delivery & Scope

We build ultra-premium digital solutions based on clearly defined scopes. Any features or changes requested outside the initial agreed-upon architecture will be subject to additional evaluation and separate engineering timelines.

Warranties and Liabilities

While we guarantee the highest standard of code quality and performance upon delivery, we are not liable for disruptions caused by third-party services, host environments, or subsequent unauthorized code modifications made after handover.
